EB2 140 Progressed so fast!! Question for everyone on EB2 passed the published date. Vermont center has advanced one year in last month, but I haven't seen that many EB2 140 approvals on this forum. How is this possible? May be we don't have enough people on this forum to track or analyz...

Isn't it true that they are processing the cases for the Notice date 3/25/04 and before? I don't think they have approved all the cases before that published date. Just trying to analyze here!! My 140 also passed the published date and no indication of processing at all. I am assuming that...

I think NOID for 140 will go to the Lawyer, what if Lawyer is with the comapany and does not support your application any more!! :mad:

You got your 140 approved for EB2 in 1 month, it is great. I don;t know when mine will be approved. Looks like they are ahead of their published date which is 12/29/04 for EB2 140. Congrates... :)
