2004 Consolidated Tracker ONLY (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

Finger Printing Done . No Message update Yet

Hello All,
I am new to this forum and found that JK,itech and others have been very helping so far. Thanks for all their valuable inputs.

I had my fingerprinting done on March 18th , 2005 and had 2 LUD changes on March 18th and March 22.

No message Update yet. I was concerned and gave the FBI call today. They said that they have send the results back on March 18th itself.

I knew from your previous post that no meaning in asking them about the results.

I am a EB3 from INDIA with priority date June 2002. I filed for my I-1485 last April.

Generally everyone is getting the message updated in less than 10 days.

Have anyone observed anything like this(message taking more than 15 days to get updated) in the past?.

From what i see in the tracker, no one has got their 485 approved yet who filed after May 2004, except Lohith who is not a concurrent filer. So, it looks like they are processing Apr/May. We might have to wait patiently for some more time.

I have to take an exception after seeing ssgc's approval. Congrats ssgc.

look at ssgc's ND.... you never know what is going to happen. Hope for the best and there is nothing wrong in daydreaming......

Did you had LUD's on 485 between 3/8 and 4/1?
 
Advance Parole Approved

Finally, after 2 photo RFE's (digital; "background was too dark") my Advance Parole was approved today.

Can you give me details about your RFE regarding digital photos. I took photos from Costco, where they take photos in a digital camera. Is that a problem? How does it matter how the photo was taken, finally it's printed on paper right?
Can you please shed some light on this photo issue.

SSGC's approval is a clear case of going by Priority Date.

Looks like they are going to make me spend lot of money for Advance Parole and EAD (me and spouse) :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:
