    I-485 Message changed

USCIS is simply renewing its web site New, fancy web site, new status messages, ..., instead of working to adjudicate applications more quickly, the USCIS is wasting time on useless deeds. The whole thing is a mere flow problem: when the number of applications received monthly exceeds the...

    Question on Premium Processing

To Likuliku I can see that your case is very similar to mine. I applied for EB1-OR (and NIW) back in April 06 and it landed at TSC. I'm front a non-retro country. After waiting for more that 5 months without any news, I upgraded my EB1-OR to PP and it was approved in 6 days. I thought...

I-140, waiting more than 6 month

Sure, when you call they ask you wait 30 days and call back if you don't hear anything from them. And 30 days later...they ask you again to wait another 30 days. It goes on and on.

    TSC Consolidated 485 Tracker

You can write a check to your employer who will then write a $1,000 check to the USCIS. Or you can go through your attorney. Sending a personal check is not a good idea. Good luck.

You can still check the status here: https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/caseStatusSearchDisplay.do;jsessionid=bO8ekBsjmWS6 but not LUD information is available here as provided for the personal account. Maybe they want us to stay in the dark for a while. USCIS is like a black box!

    Help uscis and get GC

If you help USCIS to solve this computer problem, you may become a suspect and they will ask FBI to investigate you to see if you have anything to do with their server crashing so catrastrophically. You can kiss goodbye to a quick clearance of your security check/name check. They will want to...

Track 140 PP (If more than 15 days still no responce)

Per the PP rules, you should be reimbursed while the USCIS is still required to process your application under PP. You should have received a special phone number and an email address for your PP. Use that phone number and your recept to ask for reimbursement, that will get them thinking...
