Delhi It is not a good news for everyone even if it is true. Since the 2005 PERM guys and 2002/2003 DBEC guys and their depends will use up the visa numbers in seconds. 2001/2002/2003 PBEC guys have to wait again...

You Can File I485!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Take today off and talk to your lawyer immediately. You are ok to file 485 until 9/30. one day work can save you 5 years waiting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is Maryland's turn Finally, it is Maryland's turn. I saw many Maryland cases get approved or moved forward!!!

It means you are at step 2 P number means your case has been input completely and your 45 day letter has been mailed out. Before you receive "approve notice", p number is the only info BEC send out with 45 day letter. PD 2003, it depends on which state and whether you reach region.
