I have a message saying that "Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed." I got a REF last year and responded last year.

Is anybody know, What is the case status saying about those preadjudicated cases. If all the preadjudicated cases have same message then we can decide, those cases really preadjusted.

As per my understanding, you are not going to loose the H1B for any reason. Once you get 3 years apporved, you can be here until it expired. Gurus please correct me if I am wrong.....

When you apply online, there is receipt generated. That receipt says that send the supporting documents to this address. Did you guys noticed or not??? If you are not sending and taking risk for getting RFE, thats fine. Otherwise better to send all supporting document. My thought....

As per my understanding, you can show the dates in passport for old i-94s, for the latest one you can show the latest I-94. Here after better to have a copy of all I-94s guys.
