I had applied for my EAD renewal 7 months ago. It is still not approved. I have already got 2 interim EAD's from Detroit local INS office. Will they give me another one if I dont get my original EAD by another 2 months. Can I reapply for EAD? Anyone has similar experience please answer...

I dont know, this is a new thing. Last month it was like that. As soon as u efile u need to call them and take appointment. Why dont u call local INS Detroit office in Chene road and find out.

No, I didnt changed address nothing, MY EAD/AP was pending from long time. I called them regarding that, she took all the information and said if you dont receive any information within 30 days call us back. After 4 days, my I-140 got approved and I-485 lud changed.

I didnot initiate a Status inquiry. I called them couple of times, no help. I did get the interim EAD.

I am in the same boat as you. My wife's EAD and AP is approved. I got interim EAD. I also sent once again the supporting documents to E-filed address. the LUD date got updated on 28th Jan. Still they havent approved my EAD or AP and I140. I filed for renewal on Sep 14th 2004.
