Hi Guys,

Is there any Oct03 140 still pending? It is really painful to wait such a long time and see no progress on it. I start to consider go back to home right now.

count me in. Replied to RFE's waiting ....for miracle to happen. Meanwhile USCIS approved my 2nd EAD Even after approving(received EAD on Dec 21) LUD is changing everyday on EAD

2nd EAD approved

RD for I140 and I485 10/16/03

1st LUD on I485 - 8/4/04 - after FP.
2nd LUD on I485 - 12/15/04 - RFE issued
3rd LUD on I485 - 12/16/04 - Same message
4th LUD on I485 - 12/27/04 - RFE documents received

1st LUD on I140 -12/27/04 - RFE issued (waiting for mail)

Am I the only Oct 03 I140 (concurrent or separate) left :confused: It looks like there are a lot of Oct, Nov and Dec 03 filers getting approved. Are they using priority dates. Anyone know what's going on over there? Getting worried :confused: :(

sep '03 here !!

I am a Sep '03 filer, still waiting for I-140 approval !!!
Also waiting for EAD renewal approval - filed on Aug 16, 2004 !!!. Don't know what the heck they are doing

diwu and bmt74, have u guys done e-filing for renewal of EAD and AP without attorney?

What is better and faster way to EAD and AP renewal ? With or Without attorney ?
 
diwu, did you call customer support regarding your EAD renewal ?. I called , they said they will send a written response. I did receive that letter, but all it said was "your case is pending review, it will take unspecified amount of time to process your case".

I was like "what the heck is this ?", this is really not a helpful response, is it ??
 
hopeofgc, I filed both EAD and renewal by mail myself. AP got approved in 2 months without any problem, but EAD is stuck. You really don't need an attorney to do this, why wasting 500 bucks unnecessarily ???
 
Yeah, I called customer service couple of times, nothing helped. I even went to detroit local office in Mt Elliot and bought interim EAD for 90 days.

Last try, I again sent my supporting documents this Monday so that atleast they will look into my case, still no hope.

Attorney is not required for e-filing renewal of EAD and AP.

My concern is how to avoid EAD/AP renewal longer time? Do you guys think if applying EAD/AP renewal through attorney would expedite the process? Please advice.

How many days before we could apply for EAD/AP renewal ?
