Renewal of EAD

Hi,

I have to file I-765 for EAD renewal. I got my first EAD from Lincoln, NE
and does that mean I have to send my renewal applcation to them?

If so, on whose name shall I draw the check payable to? I could not find on what name I should draw the check. In the I-765 form, it is said that the check or money order should be payble to "immigration and naturalization services". Is this the same for Lincoln, NE.

You send your EAD renewal and your AP renewal to the service center where your Employment based I-485 is pending. The check is made out to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Make sure you send it to the correct Box number.
Also I did EAD renewal by paper filing because then you do not have to go for the biometric fingerprint. Saves you from traveling to local center to get that done. Pictures for both are front facing passport style. Hope this helps.
