nemessis, Yesterday, Even for me and my wife the LUD on I485 changed. My 485/140 ND is 08/19/2003 and I140 is not yet approved. So waiting to see that something happens. Is your I140 approved? What is your 140/485 ND?

Post office does not Forward USCIS Mails. So if you have not updated your address on pending applications with USCIS you won't receive any correspondence regarding your applications.

I dont know why we are the unfortunate few whose cases have not come thru. It gives me some consolation that there are some people who are in the same situation as me. We just have to wait... I-140/485 - ND 08/19/2003. EB3. No RFE. No FP.
