Anybody still waiting since 08/2003

Guys, still waiting for I-140. RD 8/15/2003 , after opening status inquiry LUD 7/16/2004, since then no information. I-485 RD 8/21/2003

what could be the case, i'm frustrated! any thoughts,

I am in the same boat. My I-140 & I-485 were filed concurrently with RD of 9/18/2003. Both got LUD of 9/23/2003. Nothing happened after my lawyer opened an inquiry, not even the LUD. Can you tell me if you lawyer opened the inquiry by calling or writing to the INS? Thanks.

Guys,

Don't worry, be happy ... you might be among the luckiest who didn't have the I140 approved so if you receive the FP soon you can have both I140/I485 approved ... we've seen cases like that here with I140 delayed and approved simultaneously with 485...

My I-140/485 ND is 08/19/03 and it is still pending. Applied for 2nd EAD in July.

There are lot of guys with Aug pending.
