AP and fingerprint check after Jan 6th

Does anyone know if a person of H1-B status is required for digital fingerprint check when using AP to enter the US? Any body had the experience so far?

How about using H1 visa to enter?

All Non citizens(so it includes all visa categories and GC holders) will have to undergo the fingerprinting and have their photograph taken at POE.
