I140/485/765 was concurrently filed at Dec 15th 2003 and no news at all. Emailed senator and they checked with VSC and told me that for I140/485 concurrent filer, the processing date is 9/10/02. I wonder all those people whose case got approved was all seperately filed 140? Is there anyway that I can change my I140 to be filed seperately with 485? I have to wait forever for I140 approved together with I485 without even knowing the I140 will get approved or not??

If you look on the tracker most of them were concurrently filled, so filling separately is not an option ... you might be lucky and get both of them approved faster than the rest of us ... BTW did you receive the FP?

I have not got FP notice. nothing was done on this matter, LUD stuck at 12/18/03. I don't think this is a good thing since the I140 might get denied after 2, 3 years of waiting.

I think you should go back to senator office and explain them saying that there are lot of people who have applied after your time in concurrent and they got their I140.

In my congressman's office, samething happened and they told me that they are processing sep 02.

I then took additional document with list of about 20 cases with EAC numbers who applied after me and their I140 got approved and the USCIS processing dates showing they are processing March 2004. told the congressman's office that I am concerned about I40 only for now.

A senior person called then to USCIS twice and they just sent an RFE on 9/10. I am still waiting for the RFE document in mail. However I had the option of going personally many times to his office as its close to my home.

gc11111,
Did the LUD on your 140 application change the FIRST time your congressman contacted the USCIS.?
Thanks!
