My day has finally come. My wife's derivative application was approved almost a month ago. Contacted lawyer who made enquiries to CSC and it seems that mine was approved, but they just forgot about it. Thanks to everyone on this forum and good luck to all who are still waiting. hoser

If you move you probably will have to file the form AR-11 which can be found on the USCIS website. We moved recently and my wife's parole was approved during the process. It was not forwarded with the rest of our mail, but came along once we had filed the AR-11. Good luck

It probably doesn't mean much. Cases seem to disappear from time to time and they eventually return, ususally with the same status as they had before. Mine was missing for 4 months.

After what has seemed an interminable wait, we finally have some progress. My spouse's derivative application was approved on 11/03 and we recieved the notice in the mail. My Primary appilcation is still pending. Go figure

We were missing for months and came back in October, we had a touch date of 10/27/04 and on 11/03/04 my spouses derivative application was approved but the primary is still pending.

2nd Fingerprints done in Jan, no RFE, case missing since late June

I noticed something strange with the latest scan. My day, WAC02078 has basically disappeared from the scan information. So it seems that the missing cases are not reflected in the scan data at all.

Mine has been gone for over a month now. Similar circumstances. Others seem to have reappeared after disappearing.
