CSC I-485 **Approvals** in November 2004.

#19, gin, After several years in the making...

Finally, after several years in the making, my 485 (along with my family's 485s) was approved yesterday. Here are the details:

LC Priority Date: May 08, 2001
LC Approval Date: Sep 05, 2003

I-140 Receipt Date: Sep 16, 2003 (EB-2)
I-140 Approval Date: Sep 24, 2004

I-485 Receipt Date: Oct 15, 2003
I-485 Approval Date: Nov 15, 2004

Multi-National company with > 10,000 employees. Fortunately, no RFEs of any kind.

Two EADs + Two APs; Second EAD and AP was approved approximately three weeks back.

My case was also undergoing security review + detailed review and all the other amazing reviews that are possible. Finally, it must have passed all of them as I received several emails yesterday confirming that my case was approved (2 emails for each case).

Good luck folks - hang in there and definitely, your turn is around the corner, especially to the long timers from 2001/2002.

Just received emails that both me and my spouse have been approved.

After almost 2.5 years my 485 got approved. Thanks everyone for you help and support. My wife approval has still not come she applied this year

Finally got Approval emails for me and my wife on a day when I least expected (Day before thanks giving)

I also have some bad GC experience like many on this board. Here is the summary

Lot of Equiries thru Phone/Fax - Never got Reply

Waiting for years, missing for many months then many LUDs. It seems that the primary was approved when the Derivative was, but the notice was not sent or posted online. I will know more when I receive the notice in the mail.
