I see so many of waiting 2002 (or even earlier) cases. The current JIT is NOV/ 2003 for this shameless agency.

How about a mandamus filing against BCIS to force them to follow their own processing report, specially after making numerous futile inquiries which this agency does not even bother to respond. There got to be some law they will have to follow.

Any loud thoughts on this .........

We were missing for months and came back in October, we had a touch date of 10/27/04 and on 11/03/04 my spouses derivative application was approved but the primary is still pending.

This time the target is to bring notice to Congress Persons about the plight of our fellow members whose RD/NDs are well below JIT date but yet to be approved.

So all those whose RD/ND dates are below JIT date please sign up at the above thread. We are looking for atleast 50 people from each Service center.

As we see here 32 people are suffering from CSC in-justice, well obviousely it is more than this number, its random processing and moving JIT dates even if they approve one case on that date ( Is it what happening there?

).
