Any jan 2002 filer waiting for approval

Hi all,
I filed for my I-485 on Jan 18th,2002. notice date is jan 23,2002. My case has not been approved. All I know is it has been touched on july 5th and afet that no change.
any one who applied in jan 2002 still waiting for approval
 
Well, mine was filed on 1/29/2002, so far the LUD has been changed 8 times. But absolutely no progress! still waiting for 2nd FP notice.

Same here ... 2 RFEs ... still waiting for 2 nd FP ....
 
Mine is the 4th of Jan, and my case has been missing from the system for over a month.

no 2nd fp

I have seen approvals without second fp.In fact someone in my company got fp notice after approval.So Im not sure whether there is a big connectio between fp.
Though I do believe that RFE does mean that atleast they have tocuhed your case.
I hope all of you guys in Jan 02 have atleast made fax inquiries of your cases.
In my opinion the only reason I got an RFE was bcos I made my lawyer do a fax inquiry.So I would highly recommend that your guys do a fax inquiry.
