come here, let us see how many of us is still there.

it make me crazy

it make me crazy, 2 years and 5+ months, no refs, no any useful
information.

call 1-800* many times, useless :(
send 3 fax, get one response,say" after another 60 days, it nothing happened,send Fax again" :mad:

send 2 letters to senator, response: someone in our office will call CSC. :eek:

call Lawyers many times, no any responses. :mad:


saw so many 03***'s people got approved, :eek:

what else can I do?
 
anywhere between 1000 and 1500 not yet approved in Feb02 alone. If they keep July pace, around half of those will be approved by Oct 1.

The JIT now is June 15,2002, maybe it will move to July 15 soon.
but our cases are still waiting there, they seems totally forget our cases.

My details:
WAC 02-114-5XXXX
RFE generated 07/09 for medical supplement form
RFE postal receipt: 07/26
RFE recd notification: 07/29 (today)

No 2nd FP notification recd for my wife (secondary), despite many faxes. even got a fax reply but not FP notice..
 
Those have 2nd FP ready will be 'processed' first, and consequently should get approval soon.

Other unlucky ones like myself will have to wait at least 30-60 days first for the 2nd FP notice.

Did anybody have any statistics how many FP notices have sent to later applicants with Expired FP (late 2002 - early 2003)? or the new FP? I would think they got to concentrate to get old filers 2nd FP scheduled first.

L1 Fax / L2 Fax / Call 800 / Lawyer sent query.
Got second FP done two weeks ago.
 
We are so unlucky,maybe we could setup a club,we are forgot by INS,we
are treated unfairly by INS.

actually, 40 to 60% of those waiting are transferred or got RFE, most of others got 2nd FP, so, really untouched (no RFE no 2nd FP), probably, are under 10% of waiters...
 
some of us got 2nd FP only after we send the Fax inquiry or call 800 number.
so it equals to untouched case.
 
but some of us still waiting for 2nd FP despite of calling 800 #, fax and attorney inquiry...
