the message does change the message says "cards ordered on date after approving application" it takes anywhere from 3-12 weeks or more from stamping date to message change and about a week after that to receive your card.

the requirement is similar to that here as of 3 years ago, its used to be that you have be in the country for atleast 6 months out of a year - there are always people trying to beat the system by 'travelling' to and fro. the rules probably changed along with the immigration procedures as well..

Congratulations also - AGA does not know if this recently has become an issue, but 2 years ago, AGA applied for a jumbo loan and was approved without a problem on H1.

cards ordered 07/18 AGA just checked the BCIS website this morning, and saw the following - "On July 18, 2003, after approving your application, we ordered a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready."

cmacti AGA is wondering how your card was ordered so soon after stamping - the general population seems to have to wait much longer. AGA wants to congratualte you BTW.

there was a posting a few weeks ago here that said, in the RFE, they asked for all the normal stuff (employment letter, paystubs, etc.), and if you were not employed, to prove that you were not a public nuisance (some documentation). That is just an example of some flexibility shown...
