    received reply I received a reply from USCIS after I sent a fax inquiry about my case (wac02041). I was told that my case was with an officer for adjudication, and not to make another inquiry for 30-45 days -srikrs

    Important: Entering US when AP is about to expire

    I returned when there was 4 days left on my AP. They asked to see my EAD too. Also, they took away my AP documents at Port of Entry (saying I won't be needing it!), but they let me in.
