Hello All

Finally its my time to give the good news.

Saw the word on the web site. The case was approved on April 15th for both me and wife.

Its been a long wait after the 485 application. Mine is a AC21 case. Changed job after 2 years. My lawyer also did a splendid job by sending a good AC21 letter along with the new companies Tax returns even if the INS did not ask for it.

My best wishes to all for a speedy approval to those who are in queue.

I am wac02041 too, and RFE was received by BCIS on
Jan 23, 2004.

However, I have not heard from them yet.

Did you do fax inquiry/Congressman/senator help?

I was wondering, would you be willing to share the AC 21 letter that your lawyer wrote (removing your personal details). I think many people on the board would find it valuable to see an example of a good AC21 template that they could also use.

No I did not send any inquiry. Just let INS take its own course :)

I renewed my EAD a 3rd time. Maybe that triggered the approval.

I will surely put the letter on.
