Got RFE a month ago., now it's approved, with thousands of wac-02- applicants still on the line..........


Project Kashmir shows this kind of trends.
Hundreds of I-485 cases filed after 7/31/2002 must be approved within a couple of months, thanks to the Pilot Program.

If you have a good reason not to participate, post it here.
It will be counted for the target number.

But I will not count a chicken's opinion such as;
1) I am scared to send e-mail to Don Neufeld.
2) I don't think the campaign would work.
3) It's a waste of time.
4) I trust the USCIS.
5) I don't have a computer.
etc.
 
I can only browse my site using WAP on my cell phone and one of my key which types abc is notworking properly. So I am stuck with this stupid ancient phone. I tried sending mail to Don Neufeld but
only got as far as to write his name.

Please forgive me. I have no money to buy a computer or a new phone. So I cannot mail to Don Neufeld.

Also I am so afraid of Don Neufeld. My god. He is the Don. How
can you not be scared of him? He has a 5000 goons and he runs
the big mafia. Have you seen him? Looks like he will skin you
alive or shiv you or something.

Since he is already murdering the hopes of many hopeful legal
immigrants you should be afraid of such a person. No?

Its very important to show the numbers. I hope you understand that the numbers we showed in supporting other Project Ocean activities, I-485 petition and class action made CIS officials take a note of us and start acting to reduce backlogs.

So don't be passive, shoot your email. If you sent your email but have not posted here yet please post it, that encourages others to do the same.

Three letters, not emails

Hi,

Not sure whether I count, because I'm still writing the old postal letter. But, as I mention earlier in thread and elsewhere, I've written three letters to Congresswoman Pelosi and Senator's Feinstein and Boxer. My husband has also written two letters, to Congresswoman Pelosi and Senator Boxer.

The last round (I've written three each to all three, he's written three each to two, and two to Feinstein) were focused specifically on the unequal processing, and the prioritisation of WAC 03 over WAC 02 cases. So, I think Mr. and Mrs. Becky count for this thread don't you--since we asked the Congresspeople to write to Don Neufeld in each case to get an explanation of exactly why this is happening, and how it reconciles with the JIT system that says you don't get processed before the JIT date.
