Sorry my computer has been down for the past 3 months. My wife and I have our green cards as of February.

I just recieved my interview date for Permanent Residence Interview. It states that "Both Petitioner and Beneficiary must attend the Interview" . Does that mean I have to bring my employer to the interview. Or does that mean that both my wife and and I have to attend together?

More info My wife and I have are also on our 3rd EAD and 3rd AP. We have had 3 RFE's the latest Nov 02.

Advance Parole I live near the Canadian Border and cross daily with an Advance Parole. I have no problems at the Border or the Airport.

Advance Parole I am a citizen of Canada. I am not sure if that makes a difference though.

going out of the country I travel between Canada and the US daily. I have a document called an Advance Parole. It allows me to exit and enter the US multiple times. I hope this helps.

Apparently you cannot ask for a FP notice they are supposed to send you a notice. I know it is very frustrating.
