Seattle Trfs Case On 1st June-nsc

Received FP Notice from Seattle Office on July 29. Finished FP. Waiting to hear from Seattle INS.

No news buddy except my BCIS online message is changed after 2nd FP that finger print is received and proessing resumed...

In BCIS, I get online message saying my case is transfered to seattle local office on may 30Th 2003, I don't get online message
about my 2nd finger print, do you known why?
 
Hi King2378 & gcmay01, Do you guys have any news or updates from local seattle office or any idea of how long its going to take for the Approval or Interview?

Mine was transferred to Seattle on May 16 and recd. approval today. Here are the details:

RD: 12/5/01
ND: 12/11/01
FP: 5/14/02
TD: 5/16/03 (to Seattle)
6/20/03 (Seattle to Spokane suboffice)
Recd. Interview letter from Spokane: 7/11/03
Interview: 8/21/03
Second FP: 8/21/03
AD: 8/25/03 (recd. letter and temporary card in mail today)

Hope you guys hear something from Seattle office soon.

I received my I-485 Appointment letter Mailer yesterday,
I got to appear at seattle office on 09/26/03. Mostly, I should or hope to get my approval on the same day.
 
Gsearcher, how was the interview?

Please update us with what went on at the Seattle INS on 09/26/2003. Did you get approved???

My GC was approved on 10/16/2003 after the interview at Seattle local office.

Labor Certification Filed 10/12/99
Labor Approved: 08/2000
I-140 Applied: 09/2000
I-140 Approved: 11/2000
I-485 Filed :11/2001
RFE( Employment Verification):02/2003
Transferred to local office : 06/03/2003
I-485 Approved: 10/2003
