Approved after finger printing expired??

Hi guys

Did anyone in this forum get approved even after finger printing expired? Curious to know since my finger printing expired on May 1st and my RFE response reached INS on April 29th.

Here are my details

RD Nov 13th 2001
FP Feb 2nd 2002
RFE April 15th 2003
RFE response recd by INS April 29th 2003
FP expired 1st May 2003

Just wanted to know whether I should be expecting my 2nd FP notice.

Any inputs would be appreciated
 
Waiting for second notice

I am in the same boat my RD is Aug 01 and my fingerprints expired in March and I still have not got a request to go in for new ones. I talked to an IIO yesterday and they said that there was no cause for concern and that I could take a couple of more months before I get a request to redo my prints. It is my understanding that no work will be done on my case until the fingerprints are in order so the waiting continues. It is very frustrating.
 
My FP was about to expire on MAY 8th.
And I got approved on May 2nd.

In my opinion if your FP is about to expire, be proactive in calling BCIS and ask them for new FP appt.

I asked and they said they can intervine on the process and that I would have to wait for a notice.
