I think I am waiting longer

My RD date is Aug, 08, 2001

My last RFE was received Jan 25, 03
I just found out my fingerprints have expired and I am waiting for a request to come in and give them fresh ones. Have you redone you fingerprints?
 
Yeah, me waiting for 2nd FP too. 1st FP rec'd Jan 11, but so far no notice for 2nd one?
Maybe they are about to approve us and 2nd FP not needed?:D
 
My issue is 2-fold

RD AUG 2001
1) 600+ days waiting
2) Begging for 2nd FP.
Any Aug RD having expired FP to going to expire? (I know Border Guy Has).
Seems they forgot AUG RD:(

Still Waiting for Approval.......

Do we need to ask them for 2nd FP, how long is FP valid?

Apparently you cannot ask for a FP notice they are supposed to send you a notice. I know it is very frustrating.
 
Did any of you guys contact senator/congressman to follow up your case?

My case is a little bit younger than the cases of you guys.
RD 9/04/01, ND 10/01/01, RFE response received by NSC on 02/10/03 (according to on line status).

I am planning to contact senator 90 days after my official RFE response date (after 05/10/03).

May be some of you guys start contacting senator/congressman.
