My family's 3rd AP got lost too. But my lawyer got another copy. I got my 1st and 2nd APs in my mail, so I suppose INS sent APs to both the applicants and the applicants' lawyers. Check with your lawyer again. Good luck.

Gurus, I changed my address 2 months back. Sent AR-11, and called IIO. I called 800 number again one month later. IIO said they don't have authority to see the address under our applications, so they can't confirm the change of address. Is this right? Even before they set up this 800...

As discussed in some threads, those early-bird cases were very likely to be age-out cases, until I confirmed my friend's case today. That's why we care.

Why can't you just apply for Leave for Absence for half year or a year, while start to work for another employer?
