I131 (AP) processing time?

Is there anyone who recently got the approval of I131 (AP) in San Diego area?
I just applied for it to have a trip in late April.
I regret being late for the application.

Living in SD. Applied 2nd AP ND Nov.9, 2002. Received approval notice JAN 20, 2003. A RFE incurred.

Besides, it sounds some people got AP approved in weeks.

I applied in 01/08/03 got approved and received on 02/04/03
