same here.... It happened to my case as well [ WAC 02 135 ], for my wife case moved everyday as of 06/24 and mine untouched after FP received status 06/07

For both wife and myself no change of status other than FP received, any idea how long do we have to wait ?

my input based on my colleague and friends approval feel that cases will be likely touched for final approval after the date mentioned for FP(Early FP is not going to expedite processing). I may be wrong on this, pardon me. The first series of touch dates followed by FP are the results attached...

try later try after hanging the first call, you should be fine. You will hear the same old crap and wonder what they are doing. Good Luck

Similar story I have a similar story like yours. My wife case was touched thrice earlier with 6/24 as the last update and my case remains on 6/9. We are kinda lost in this process because of INS incompetence, hopefully things will turn around

Kuldeepc, did you do second FP When I spoke to IIO earlier, she informed me that my case is waiting for an interview. Does it also mean transfer.

Interested to know if any May 22, 2002 FP cases have received 2 FP notices. Did my 1st FP at VanNuys, have not received any other notice including second FP.

Similar issue... Was in an identical situation like yours on my H1B renewal. It took me 18 months to get aproved after several conference calls between then INS and my lawyers. Wish in your case, you receive green card approval earlier rather waiting for H1B approval. Good luck

My thinking on 485 not getting approved/ processed becasue of approved applicants apply for their unemployment benefits, which hurts fedral money as well as unemployment report. Again this is only my thought, this information have no sources
