Hi, Just talked with an IIO and she said case is "with an officer" but did not offer an ETA on approval. Any idea how long does it take for a straght case (no co-name change, no job switch etc) EAC-00-158-XXXX, EB2-RIR, INDIA, RD 4/27/00, ND 4/28/00, FP 10/24/00

No Title I don\'t believe that INS has any web enabled system to check case status. This just looks like a law firms pvt database that someone would manually update and clients could check the status of their cases. So instead of answering calls or replying to emails the law firm would ask...

No Title seems to be a phone system glitch only. I was able to access the AVM and it did prompt me to speak to an IIO (which I didn\'t)
