Talked to IIO after 30-40 times trying for the VSC number. I screamed with joy when the nice guy told me that my case got approved this afternoon and they even mailed my approval letter.

Labour and I-140 approved in EB2. But some how VSC kept my file in EB3 shelf. I came to know about this around Feb\'2001 when I called IIO. I tried couple of times asking them that my case was kept in wrong shelf but I couldn\'t succeed. My attorney also told me not to disturb VSC as it may cause delay in further processing. Then I too got convinced with my attorney\'s argument and decided not to raise the issue again with VSC. My company also changed its name. Got merged with another Company and even got separated from it again during this process.
My wife and son also got approval.
