Hi everyone, I had a name a check for my AOS back in 2006 that took 4 months, now I'm wondering when I'm eligible to apply for a citizenship, do they have to run a name check again and how long that will take? Thanks in advance.:)

We filled back in september 08, our case was transfered on March 10th and last update was on March 16th we still haven't heard anything yet.

Karissa2000 what service center you sent your package to? I sent mine to VSC on 09/02. it was received the next day 09/03 and today I received the NOA 09/11 but it was dated 09/04 and the envelope shows it was mailed 09/08. My guess is once the open the package they produce the NOA letters...
