Well, that's the thing. On my I-864 instructions it said 3, so I sent in MY OWN copies for the past 3 years. Now I got a Yellow slip "Request for initial Evidence" that asks me to submit tax records for the past year. 3 years is better than one, no? Or does it have to be a Certified IRS copies...
