As far as I know if you are able to give all the documentation on which basis your PERM was approved, the I-140 should be approved. But if there is a mismatch then there might be a problem.

Junta, Do you have link to the buletin where this is discussed. My lawyer seems to be of the same opinion too, that you can fille 2 applications one under RIR and one under PERM.

Can you check with your lawyer also, whether it is possible to have 2 applications going with different positions and the same employer. The comfort level will be little better if 2 lawyers give their approval.

Krish, By the pace of which the approvals are coming from Phily BEC, it will be around 12 months - 15 months I would think as they still working on May 2001 cases.
