In most cases, if a RFE is sent and one has a job than there seems not much problem in approvals. Also, when one is legal to stay in the last stage and than get laid off, there is no choice left for him/her but to look for an alternative job , which may not come immediately, so...

I think Ric2 has a valid point. However INS with it's enormous ambiguites and uncertainities can still consider your case under AC21. Get a good lawyer first and foremost .

It's the same, now you would be a programming manager and resource coordinator. If your new employer can word in a little subtle way ie. without making it sound absolutely functional , you definitely fit the role in your LC.
