Can any of the Guru's care to express their opinion on this :-

RD in the month of Sep'01 say before 9/15/01.. medical would be say one week earlier, 09/07/01. ..How can they get approved without an RFE for medical as more than one year has transpired since the medical was done.

Just out of curosity, is Baan still alive. I used to be a Baan guy in 98-99 but left the sinking boat then, how has it been doing lately.
 
Dead and rotting

Lucky for me I took my wife's advise and quit the consulting company in april2000 when a client offered me a job.
My I140 was filed then. Started the process again in Nov2000.
Labor in a month, I140 in 9months. I485 filed in 09/01 and still waiting for approval.:mad: I am not a techie but a bean counter.
What field are you in right now?
 
Medical never expired after submission

Medical never expires once you submitted to INS. You have to submit medical report to INS (with I-485) within one year of your medical Exam. That's it.
 
INS says in my Medical RFE that "All the applicable test should be completed before 12 months from signing the I -693 Medical Form".
