AVM msg changed......

After trying like.....everyday to hear the msg change............it f@#$#g did change yesterday. Only to get an RFE mailed out...........:( :mad:

Guys.....AVM changed to RFE mailed out on Sept 19th.....

Do I wait to get the mail to understand what info is being asked for? Or can I get that info if I can get thru to an IIO?

Are the RFE's mailed out to the applicant or the attorney?

Would like to advice people with RD's in Sept to talk to IIO, you might get info about if an RFE is being generated or not......

My EAD expires around Dec 12th..........Do I apply for renewal (now that I my case has received and RFE)...

Frustation continues..............but life goes on......The more I want something.......the farther it gets away from me......

I am with the same company but I keep on moving. I have changed my addresses.....but what the heck.......right..........:mad:
My job need me to keep moving......

I have still to find out what info they need...

My RD is 09/07

Don't worry, you will get through it , going through the earlier threads in this forum, I think most of the RFE's go thru smoothly..
so actually it might be getting nearer to you rather than going farther away......

First of all thanks for those heartening words.........but it's so god damn frustrating.......

Not that I have big plans after getting GC.........but everyon on this forum knows.....WHAT A RELIEF it is............

Dont worry...

IIO's wont tell U the details of the RFE...
Just wait for the details...It might be just asking U abt UR paystubs etc....

U dont have anything to worry...
 
Same here. AVM changed to RFE mailed....

Finally AVM changed to RFE mailed on 18th September.......
