It will change automatically to November RD for VSC I-485 as soon as the new VSC processing time gets updated.

1) Lot of Duplication

3) People still in excited mood & have no time to update.

Based on the info from my friend who has a american friend working in VSC....they have currently recruited 317 people, for which 75% of them got well trained & they are ready to start. Good News is they are allocating 30% of the resource exclusively to handle I-485 cases. So, based upon all of these info...I think even Mar'02 cases might see approval before end of this year.

So BETTER BE READY GUYS...

I thought you said that VSC will start parallel processing on Sept 30th......I am confused......how is that ur friend's GC approval came thru before month-end?????????

BTW, Is ur friend's case local transfer case? what are his details. Can you share with everybody on this forum.

mahesh started this kick. Here is the reasoning for Sep 30th:

If you are seeing slow approvals last couple of months bcos INS
must be counting on yearly quota cases (7000 GC for INdia). Now
speeded up means now they know how many to approve
before end of September.

From Oct we will see full swing of approvals or RFE based on new
yearly quota. I am hoping my case will go before march
(RD 06/26, ND 07/01).

Guys,

Hoping Again INS may start processing in reverse order while doing parallel processing.....ie Oct, Nov, Dec 20th-30th cases will get approval fast then comes 10-20 & 1-10......
 
Deadline

This Week is the deadline for September Cases.

Hope October, Nov, Dec Starts from Next Monday......
 
Magesh no offence big guy but

Ha, ha hahahahahahhaha (that's me doubled over laughing hysterically) They can't get an RFE out without a delay and you are talking about increased approvals and March o2 in Dec. It's just too much for me to take brought tears to my eyes!!!!!
Come back to earth my dear this is THE INS. They will find a way to delay stuff even if they have a 100 odd people joining the work force.

Cruel joke, real cruel joke...

I am so glad to read this post. My RD is in March. I pray to God that I will get approval by the end of this year.
