Hi I submitted my I-485 on Jun 1 and June 30 will be my biometrics. The normal processing time is 4 months from the date of acceptance. You are still within the normal processing time.

Its totally your decision. It seems a little high for $2400 to write a rebuttal, but if you can afford it then it is worth it. Remember it is about your future life. So to you weigh the pros/cons if your rebuttal is granted then it is worth way more than 2400.
