Advance Parolee wants to travel to canada???

A friend of mine is a pending asylum applicant with immigration judge. He wants to travel to canada for visiting his brother. He wants to know if Canada will issue a visa to an advance parolee. Do you guys have any info regarding this??

It is not advisable to travel outside the U.S. when you have a pending asylum case.
