someone please tell me whats going on with EB2s who applied for I140 in july 2004...because cases after that have been approved i think ....

I-140 Approved!

I-140 was approved after my wife's EAD LUD changed to 2/08/05 (EAD was approved in Nov). Email about I-140 that we received today says it was approved on 2/10/05. LUD for I-140 changed to 2/11/05. Can someone please add my info to the tracker?

Visa Bulletin - EB3 moved to March 1, 2002!

My friend's I 1140 is approved today after EAD LUD is changed once 2/3/05 and 2/9/05 . today he got the approval mail at 12:30 pm which says 140 is approved on 2/10/05

One way your lucky atleast it seems you got FP notice, I have not got any thing (I140 Rd with July 13th 2004). I am just writing this so that you will feel little comfotable. I don't think any one can answer why July is still pending and Oct, Nov etc are approved. All we need to do is wait and wait, we are really Fuss Gaye... good luck to u.

Yoginm, Being an EB2 it doesn't affect you.

So it means that everything is waiting on my I140. Once it gets approved, 485 should not be a long wait. If thats the theory, I am waiting it to be practical accordingly.

Should I talk to my lawyer to find out what's going on? The ND is 12/29/04....see signature for details....

I would say wait as long as they say it is taking to process this kind of a case. (Usually 60 to 90 days?) Then you can call them.

Yogin, If you are EB2 PD doesn't apply to you. For EB3, people from India, China and Philipines have to wait to file 485 until there PD becomes current.
