FACT is that over 90% of the cases are not approved with in 3 months of receipt date. Then why maintain seperate threads for each month/quarter/year. Let us maintain one consolidated thread.

how come FP notices so fast...

I read somewhere on this portal that TSC is not issuing FP notices till they are about to approve the 485. This is done to prevent the FP expiry problems many are facing.

How come in the tracker I see few guys got FP notice in 2-3 months of filing 485 ?

I hered the same thing and I understand that it recent guidelines, to avoid issuing multiple FP notices.

Rajiv S.Khanna has raised several issues to INS and this as one of the main ISSUE, that INS not acting as per procedures; issueing more than one FP notice, which causing more cost and inconvienience to the applicants.

Anyway, why bother if INS is not issuing FP notice? FP notice does not gaurantee that application is being processed ...right?... got to wait for processing time matches to RD.

Mine and my daughter's AP was approved on 25th March (RD is Jan26 2004). I am not sure why my wife's AP was not approved. There is no RFE either.

Can I ask TSC to look into the matter as we would like to travel together ? Has anyone been through such a situation ?

I140 Approved !!!

Wanted to share the good news that my I140 has been approved on March 31, as per the website. I will wait on the approavl notice to be sure. Does any one know if my lawyer or I will get the 140 approval notice?. (EB1 - EA - Self Petition).
I am still awaiting information on the EB2-NIW petition.

I have updated my information on the tracker.
