No LUDs whatsoever - even months after getting my ead/ap.
WAC 06 002.

BTW Are there any one in this forum who are monitoring cases for
WAC-06-001 to WAC-06-0xx ? If so please post your analysis.

Iam not monitoring or analysing 2006 cases at all. Looks like there are lot of folks are doing it. If we refer the results posted by other folks on this thread, looks like CSC is currently processing the cases with ND falling in September month. The last case I have seen with ND as Sept 28th. Two more days to go....in 2005, Not sure, but I guess, there will "tons" of cases in those 2 days itself. Correct?

Whats your Priority Date?
BTW, was there any message change or LUD change for your EAD, AP after you receive them? For me none, though we all have received EAD, AP long time back, also finished FP for all my family...but still there is no LUD change since then.

Actually, I have the exact same question. Is anybody monitoring WAC-06 series?
My ND is 10/07 and I have also not seen any LUD change

I received an email from USCIS stating that my 140 has been approved. The RD for the app was Sept 29th 2005, and ND was Oct 5th, 2005.

My EB1 OR filed at CSC RD=9/28/05 ND=10/3/05 LUD=10/5/05

Expecting LUD in these days. Will keep you update

By the way, will all I-140 be processed by same officials? No assigned person for each catagoty, like EB1 OR, EB2 NIW and RIR?

I have a friend on EB1 have RD on 9/23/05 was approved by CSC on 2/27/06
She received two LUD on 2/22/06 and 2/23/06

I don't think CSC have touched WAC-06 cases yet.
