September 2005 cases

Looks like we all 3 guys have the same RD (9/28), ND (10/03), Receipt numbers (WAC 06-001), including one-time LUD (10/05). But the interesting thing is, look at my other post (above) reply to "piyushj". He has got RD, ND later than ours, but he has got WAC 05, not WAC 06. Did you notice that? Looks like CSC is very close to our dates now.

No LUDs and no news

Anyone here who hasn't got 140 approved with RD between Sept 8th and Sept 30th
 
waiting for I140

I am still waiting for my I140. MY ND is 09/29. No LUD after 09/30/2005.
Anyone else in the same boat ?
 
I also feel strange why "piyushj" get WAC-05 number (mine is 06). Maybe he got the dates wrong. I assume most people use the RD, ND from the paper receipt. But in the USCIS wensite, my information is "... We received your petition on 10/1/05 .....". Maybe some people confuse this date with RD.

No LUD yet

My ND is 09/24 and I have no LUD yet.

Interestingly, for WAC05254xxxxx series, of the 90+ i140s filed that day, only 28 are untouched. I am one of them :mad:

There was an LUD change yesterday without a message change. Today after I received the email, I checked online status and there was an LUD change with the approval message.

Hi,

I have not seen much of movement in EB1 category here. Mine is EB1 with RD as Oct 1st with number as WAC06001*****

GC Crack, does your query restricted for EB2 category only? WOuld really be grateful, if you extend your search criterion to first week of Oct. It will be a great help for people like me :)

I'm in Queue too (Sept. 19th)

Even I'm waiting for I-140 approval. My RD is Sept21st. CSC,EB2. Please let me know if your is done.

RD = Sept 28th, ND = Oct 03rd. Looks like we have to wait for just couple of more days.

i-140 approved

got e-mail today morning about the approval.

dates are like following

140 CASE : WAC052565XXX
RD : SEP - 26 - 2005
ND : SEP - 27 -2005
LUD : 03/06/2006 NO STATUS CHANGE
LUD : 03/07/2006 NO STATUS CHANGE
E-MAIL APPROVAL : 03/08/2006 .. NOW THERE IS STATUS CHANGE

485 :
FINGERPRINTING - DONE IN OCT-2005
EAD : APPROVED IN DEC - 2005

PD : SEP 2002

Thanks all for great help .. and keep the hope alive .. tomorrow will be better

Is your case EB2.....Just wanted to see how EB2 is going...Looks like EB2 is running behind EB3...

Can any one tell, if I-140 is filed with Subst labor (not on paper), there might be delays experied in approvals..
