September 2005 cases

Sept 29th

My I140 number is WAC-05-259-5XXXX. My Notice date is 09/29/05. My LUD on my I140 is 09/30/2005. I don't have any LUD after that. Does anyone in the same bot ? I am seeing lot of people in this forum with lot of LUD on I140. Please share ur thoughts if i need to worry or should i ask my lawyer to follow up ?

Hi VM_GC,

I am going to apply I-140 with a Sub Labor pretty soon. I was wondering
1) Did you get any RFEs
2) Did you file I-140/I1485 together?
3) Did you submit original labor with I140?

Your inputs will really help my case.

This i am not sure. My company lawyer took care of it. So i don't know whether he submitted original labor or a copy of it.

Actually it is based on number of USCIS working days. Do we know or have a link to the USCIS calender of working days? I know it is different from what we follow in the private sector.

AFAIK, it should be between 258-260. I don't have the uscis calendar.. but I'm
guessing from the previous posts.

perm_faq : both of our numbers are in the same range. BTW do you fall in
WAC05 or WAC06 ? Also, Are you doing any monitoring/analysis on
WAC0600x cases by chance ?
 
I have "exactly" the same I-140 dates as you have, included one-time I-140 LUD. I fall in very first day of 2006 (meaning ... WAC 06 001). I guess you too have the same thing... Correct?

Iam not monitoring or analysing 2006 cases at all. Looks like there are lot of folks are doing it. If we refer the results posted by other folks on this thread, looks like CSC is currently processing the cases with ND falling in September month. The last case I have seen with ND as Sept 28th. Two more days to go....in 2005, Not sure, but I guess, there will "tons" of cases in those 2 days itself. Correct?

Whats your Priority Date?
BTW, was there any message change or LUD change for your EAD, AP after you receive them? For me none, though we all have received EAD, AP long time back, also finished FP for all my family...but still there is no LUD change since then.

I-140 LUD change

I got the LUD change today. My received date is Sept 27 2005. I also got the LUD change for my wife yesterday and today asking for additional information. I am not sure if my I140 LUD has to do something with my Wifes I485 LUD. My wife didnot get the immunization while submitting the I485 beacuse she was pregnant. I am assuming that they are asking for my wifes immunization.

Do you mean ND (notice date) or RD (Receipt Date)? Because, I think the WAC numbering is based on ND, not based on RD.

That is weird! My RD is Sept 23rd and ND is Sept 28th and I have a receipt number starting with WAC-05-257.
BTW, I have no LUD after the first one in September.

Thats why i said, the WAC numbering is NOT based on RD, it is based on ND only.

Though you have ND=Sept 28th, you WAC is "same as" WAC of gc123_quest as his ND=Sept 29th.

I have a feeling that CSC some times bundles together different/successive notice dates (ND) together and makes it similar WAC number. That bundling some times goes for 2 days or 3 days.
