Hi CAVENKAT,

Was it the only update you got on this case after your notice and no intermediate steps?

Just wanted to check as my ND is 9/28 and I need to travel to India urgently on 5th Nov (wanted to avoid going to embassy for getting visa stamped).

Do i need to call and setup biometrics appointment? or should i expect USCIS to send me a letter?

My info - feedback appreciated

Folks,

My I-140 was applied at the CSC last week (RD: 10/15/2005).

Being an (EB-3) Indian national, I guess that is all I could do after my LC came through in September (PD: 03/12/2003).

Three questions:
1) What is the URL where you check ND, LUD, Approval etc. for your I-140?
2) Any estimates on how much time it is taking?
3) Any hope of filing I-485 in this decade :)?

Just noticed the LUD change. No news on EAD/AP yet.
 
FP done

I got my fingerprinting done on Sep 22nd. at San Francisco (CSC)
The case status was updated on Sep 24th. I guess it might be for the FP.

I140/I485: RD - Sep 29th
ND - OCt 5th
Biometrics (code 3): Oct 22nd
485 LUD: Oct 24th.

Folks, any estimates on how long is I140 taking nowadays ?

Question

Do we have to get the FP done before we receive the EAD and AP ? I have recd a FP notice asking me to show up at Nov 26th. Should I try to go earlier to fasten my EAD and AP approval ? Or it doesn not matter ? Please explain. Thanks.

Worried about AP!
Feels good to hear that it's approximately 1 month from the ND for CSC.
Case status in signature. Didn't try to schedule an appointment on my own for finger printing.
