September 2005 cases

Got a fingerprint notice today in the mail. The notice date is 10/12/05, the appointment date is 11/30/05. I have an appointment on 11/12/05 scheduled by phone, so probably I'll use that one. Code 3. No change in LUD.

Code 3 is for all 10 fingers, code 2 - just index finger. Otherwise the same thing.
 
Guys,

New to this borad as a registered user.My first post.Updated my sig file.News from my side is that my FP was done on Oct 13th. It would help if anyone with ND dates from Sept 10 to 20th can update us with AP and EAD status.
 
Hi

140,485,AP and EAD documents for self, spouse and kid were sent on 09/28 and ND for all these is 10/06. I saw LUD on my 485,131 and 765 on 10/15(saturday??).My lawyer havent recieved any of the reciepts so far.

But for my 140, my money order check got bounced :-(
It was a stupid mistake.

Does anyone know what should i do now? So that my 140 doesnt get rejected?

no receit notice yet

hi,

we have sent my I-140/485/EAD/AP etc on 9/26 and no receipt notice so far. Is there anything to be concerned about..Check is not deposited as well.

Is your company from EAST side. Normally sometimes what I heared from the lawyer is that CSC send the documents back to file it from vermont since the company is from east, then the lawyer has to send an explanotory letter saying that the employee resides in CA and works in CA. Iam not sure if this is the case you're encountering too...
 
No.My company is in bay area only and there are no other branches also.I noticed in the forum that there are some who applied after me got their receipt notices.

Check with lawyer, mine also applied on 20th sepetember, but for some check issue they(USCIS) sent it back and lawyer resent it on sep 29th.

Thanks for the post. Your ND date threw some light on where the AP and EAD are right now.
 
Reciept recieved

At last the recipts are to my attorneys hand.recieved the finger printing notice and it is due on 10/29/2005(saturday).So things are moving fast in CA.

Anybody with ND between Sep 20 and Sep 30 . Has seen any EAD / AP approvals lately?
Please post so that we can keep track of what dates going currently at USCIS .
