Did not Receive 3 choice letter or a NOF, Auto Remanded to State.
I called the SESA to find out whats happening with it. They would not give me information. Asked somebody from HR to call. They verified that they had received the case back after Remand and if I wanted to know anything more I should ask HR to call.

Job requires Masters and +2 yrs experience along with Certifications.

Processing time for RIRs (San Fran)

Is it true that regional processing time for RIR is AUG-2002...what happened to Nov-2002...Please respond

salary increase

Hi Guys,

My labor is currently wth CA dol

I have a annual job review coming up and will probably have a salary change. Would anyone know for sure, if any changes in my curent salary effect my LC application.
(I know this is probably answered before, but I have been reading conflicting answers, so wanted to know if any one had any personal experience of this kind)

SFO RIR processing dates updated/corrected to August 2002

SFO RIR processing dates recorded @415-975-4601 (option 1,1)
now says August 2002 for RIR cases. The recorded message also
mentions of correction of the RIR processing dates (implying going
back from Nov., 2002 to August 2002).

Now the change is refleceted on the phone system. Now we have to wait for explanation and/or results of this change.

Guys,

The status line (@415-975-4617) is up and running as of
1:50PM(PT).
For me and one of my colleagues, there is NO change in status,
still says "REMANDED TO STATE". My DOL RD is Sept. 2002
beginning and last status change (remanded) was around
June 2003 end.
Why don't you guys check to see if there is a status change for
your cases ???

Hi Vitale,

I tried this number 415-975-4601 (option 1,1).And its saying that for RIR processing , the dates are AUG 2002.May be they are working on remanded cases!!!!Good Luck to all remanded guys!!!!!

Checked the AVM

All

I just checked the AVM. Status of my case is now 'Received' > Previously it says 'Remanded to State'. I am not sure is it a good sign.................???
