Arizona case

Is there anybody in this form who filed from Arizona and dol rcvd date is in or near March 2004. I just want to see if you heard anything from DOL. I haven't, even though DOL is now processing Apr 2004 for AZ. AVM says 'Received'.
Any ideas anybody? How long does it take for DOL to communicate the results or may be i am selected for 3-opt letter:)

Hi gp111,
I re-check my list and FLCD data to find answer for Augest (and also Sep, Oct, NOv 2003) which has been certified within days!, I found these cases have DOT like : 999.251.xxx. I checked these code, it looks like EB2 jobs. so there is more than 1 line. Please do some reserch on this. I know that you will come by the right answer for us (like usual!).
Thank you,
HA-1.

Most of the Quickly Certified Cases I have seen in FLC Data Center are "University Jobs", "Research Jobs" or "Government Jobs"... I know they get priority in Processing. Also they rank Job Categories in something called "SVP".. (I don't know the full form of it), last year they ware approving higher SVP number quickly then the others. This year I have not seen any difference in process times.

Here is some example dot codes under different SVPs..

SVP = 8

Latest Calculations

Hi gp111,
Here are my latest calculations regarding labor applications recieved between Aug 7, 2003 to Aug 16,2004.
The total no. of applications recieved by SF DOL are 18,481. That means average monthly they recieved 1540 (approximately). So, sending applications to BRC is the only solution to reduce this kind of backlog. Otherwise it may take another 2.5 years to reach Aug 2004 considering all odds. That means now the time taking to get labor approval reached 3.5 years(including SWA processing time).

Thanks
