I could not understand your question. The data HA-1 provided are RIR case numbers received on 3/3/03 & Certified on 09/20/04...

3 Option letter

Hello all,

MY DOL PD Date was 01/21/2003.
We received the famous 3 option letter on 06/24/2004.
My company ran a news paper add on 07/19/2004.
We waited for 2 weeks and did not receive any responses.
Attorny responded to dol on 8/19/2004.

Untill now we have not heard any thing from DOL.

Does any one know, when DOL can respond to my case??

Gp111 and others, Sorry to be asking this question here. But i found most of the knowledged people on immigration issues are present only in this forum.

Which service center does INS fall for Florida state I140/I485 applications, if i need to check what dates, currently they are processing?? Could you please tell me this.

When I called AVM and entered these case numbers, I got this info. May be they did not send 3 option letters to them, just a request for more info. In your case they didn't ask for more info, they just sent 3 option letter that's why your case status is still received. My RD is 02/26/03 and mine still says received...so I may get that letter too....I hope NOT
