Prakash same case here

My case approved Jan 7 2002
Wifes case got RFE and then got transferred AVM not updated and IIO says will nto send any notice but case has been sent to cleveland
Called Cleveland and verified case was there
Lawyer called Cleveland and they told him we shoudl hear abotu an interview in 7-8 weeks in Cincinnati
 
Feedback - Xfer case will be reviewed in June

My attorney informed that my Xfer case will be reviewed by INS ( MN ) on first week of June 02. Just fyi...My full details can be found in earlier posts above.

Anyone else have any simillar feedbacks ??

Also Question to this board - Is it possible for local INS officer to approve the case on the same when he reviews my case on June or is he just allocate my interview date on that day ? - Opinions welcome !

Case transferred to Local MN on Apr 26th. got transfer notice today says " preliminary processing has been completed. and It has been transferred to Bloomington,MN Office. That Office will notify you when they schedule an interview. Any further inquiries should be made to that office".

Is any body know any other phone number of MN Ins office to find out the case status?. INS provided number 612-854-7754 on the notice, which is not working.

I too think you will get your interview by mid-July, August.
My case transfered on : Feb-2002
And my interview is scheduled for June.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, I kind of got the impression that they are working based on the ND+ 2 months (+ or - week or two) logic, I may be wrong , this is just my thought.
 
Got Interview notice from INS Chicago

Received Interview notice from INS Chicago today (i.e May 13, 2002). Interview scheduled for June 11, 2002

Primary: RD 10/26/00; ND 11/22/00; FP 03/21/01; AD 02/13/02

Spouse: RD 10/26/00; ND 11/22/00; FP1 03/21/01; FP2 04/11/01
Transferred to INS Chicago on 02/20/02

Hopefully everything goes well. Will post our interview experience after we are done.

Case Transfered to Local Atlanta RD 4/01 ND 5/01 after RFE BC

Service Center: NSC (My company is based in NSC region but I live
                     and work in Atlanta past 4 years)

2nd FP 10/01 I was asked to ignore by IIO and I ignored

RFE 3/02 for Birth Certificate(Parents full name not mentioned
         on the BC and BC was issued recently on Year 2000)
         & copy of I-140 Approval
Wife\'s RFE for copy I-94 and EAD

RFE received by NSC 4/02 (Sent affidavits signed my mother(father expired)
    and elder sister + copy of I-140 approval notice)

I got married 2 months before filing I 485
i.e 02/01

Case Transfered(myself and wife) to Local INS Atlanta office on 5/14/02

How long INS Atlanta office takes to arrange an Interview ?
 
Got interview notice from INS Denver

Interview is on june 17. Case was transferred on April 2. AVM changed after more than a month. No xfer notice recvd. RD 12/19/2000

My case was xferred on April 2 (according to iio). AVM only got updated on may 8 (said case was xferred on april 2).
never recvd a transfer notice.
recvd interview notice on may 13.
